Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally and efficiently Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries Engage potential clients/customers in persuasive conversations (for tele-sales roles) Counsel and guide prospects (for tele-counseling roles) regarding services/courses/products Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions Meet performance benchmarks (call targets, conversion, etc.) Requirements: Education: Graduate preferred Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply Experience: Freshers welcome for some roles (especially Inbound) Experienced candidates (6 months2 years) preferred for tele-sales and tele-counseling Communication Skills: Excellent English communication required for tele-counseling and tele-sales Moderate English communication acceptable for inbound/outbound support Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge Good listening and interpersonal skills Ability to work in fast-paced environments What We Offer: Competitive salary + incentives (performance-based) Exposure to multiple industries Career growth opportunities Training and development support
