Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
Convert inquiries into qualified leads and sales.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/Excel records.
Handle inbound queries and provide product information.
Meet and exceed monthly targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (Hindi & Little English).
02 years of experience in telesales/telecalling preferred.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Salary: 14,000 20,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
