Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Responding to inquiries concerning business processes or the organization Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products and services. Maintain quality service by adhering to organization guidelines. Addressing clients' queries and grievances within prescribed TAT Ensure capturing of correct response from client Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Preferred candidate profile : Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints Graduate or equivalent. Prior experience as a tele-caller or similar. Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred. Good PC skills Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
