Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new Retail and Corporate channel partners / clients
  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products and services.
  • Maintain relationship with existing channel partners and initiate engagement activities
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures, Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports / Work Reports MIS to HOD
  • Responding to inquiries concerning business processes or the organization
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
  • Addressing clients' queries and grievances within prescribed TAT
  • Ensure capturing of correct response from client
  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Graduate, preferable MBA marketing
  • A minimum of 4 to 10 years experience
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Channel Partner
  • Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Presentation skills
