Role & responsibilities Acquisition of new Retail and Corporate channel partners / clients Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of products and services. Maintain relationship with existing channel partners and initiate engagement activities Compiling and analysing sales figures, Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Reports / Work Reports MIS to HOD Responding to inquiries concerning business processes or the organization Maintain quality service by adhering to organization guidelines. Addressing clients' queries and grievances within prescribed TAT Ensure capturing of correct response from client Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Graduate, preferable MBA marketing A minimum of 4 to 10 years experience The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with Channel Partner Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Strong Presentation skills Perks and benefits Best in the Industry
