Job Summary

We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate. Your role will be to connect with potential buyers, understand their property needs, and help convert them into site visits and eventually, successful sales closures in coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to fresh leads and database inquiries.
  • Promote premium residential and commercial properties in Gurgaon and surrounding areas.
  • Pitch ongoing projects to potential buyers over the phone.
  • Generate qualified leads and book site visits for the sales team.
  • Follow up with clients who have shown interest or visited project sites.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and response rates.
  • Maintain updated records on CRM systems and provide regular follow-up reports.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or pre-sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
  • Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM tools or sales software (preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer objections and convert interest into appointments.
  • Good knowledge of Gurgaon real estate markets is an added advantage.
