CarePal Money, part of the CarePal Group, provides innovative patient financing solutions that make quality medical treatment more affordable and accessible. We partner with hospitals and healthcare providers to support patients with flexible financing options during critical times.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads to promote CarePal Moneys financing solutions.
Explain product offerings, loan terms, and benefits clearly and persuasively to patients or their families.
Follow up on leads from hospitals, partner networks, and digital campaigns to convert them into successful applications.
Assist customers with documentation, application processes, and resolving queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends to the sales and product teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital POCs (Points of Contact) and referral partners.

Requirements

Education:
Graduate or HSC pass with relevant experience.
Experience:
6 months – 2 years in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in financial services, healthcare, or consumer lending).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
