Key Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process for hotel and resort projects, from conceptual development through to detailed design and construction documentation. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling hospitality environments. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, zoning laws, ADA regulations, and building standards. Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Conduct site visits and provide oversight during construction phases to ensure design intent is executed. Integrate sustainability, cultural context, and brand identity into each project. Present design proposals and reports to stakeholders, both internal and external. Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements relevant to hotel and resort architecture.
