Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Architect with proven experience in hotel and resort design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and collaborate on the design and development of hospitality projects from concept through construction, ensuring each project reflects the Fine Acers standard of excellence in design, function, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process for hotel and resort projects, from conceptual development through to detailed design and construction documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling hospitality environments.

Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, zoning laws, ADA regulations, and building standards.

Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Conduct site visits and provide oversight during construction phases to ensure design intent is executed.

Integrate sustainability, cultural context, and brand identity into each project.

Present design proposals and reports to stakeholders, both internal and external.

Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements relevant to hotel and resort architecture.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

5+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio focused on hotel and resort projects.

Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of hospitality programming, space planning, and FF&E coordination.

Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and with international teams.

LEED or other sustainability certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Professional licensure or working toward licensure (preferred).
