Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive based in Kochi. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for initiating and managing inbound and outbound calls to customers, identifying customer needs, pitching relevant banking products, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring excellent customer service as part of the sales process.

• Ability to deliver effective product presentations and sales pitches
• Experience in providing excellent customer service and managing customer queries
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and data entry
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or tele sales is an advantage
• Minimum educational qualification: bachelor's degree or equivalent
