Job Description

Tamil Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services in Tamil.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer details, call records, and feedback in the system.
Follow up with prospects to convert leads into customers.
Build positive relationships with customers through clear and polite communication.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Proficiency in
Tamil (spoken and written)
is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi is an added advantage.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
