Job Description

Role & responsibilities

outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.

Answer inbound & Outbond calls and respond to customer Sales& inquiries.

Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.

In Case of Sales out of City

Preferred candidate profile

Female Candidate

Graduate in any field

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales preferred

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, regional language.

Basic knowledge of computers and software.

Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
