We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach.
· Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
· Pitch and sell products/services to customers.
· Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
· Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as required.
· Handle customer objections and address their concerns effectively.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
