We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager - Telesales to oversee the relationship of the company with its clients.
* Develop trust relationships with clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
* Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
* Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
* Must have Tele sales Experience or business development experience of minimum 1 year
* Qualification: Graduation or a 3-year Diploma (minimum)
* Must have good communication & speech clarity professionals of all organizational levels
* Must known Hindi & English, Tamil or Malayalam language(Any)
* Have handled 4-6 lacs of target in current or previous company
* Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
* Selling experience of varied Product/SKUs - should have complex product experience
* Data interpretation/Tool Understanding
