Job Summary: We are hiring Telecallers for our Raipur office to promote our services, connect with customers over the phone, and generate leads or sales. This is an excellent opportunity for local candidates who are confident, good at communication, and eager to build a career in customer support or telesales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data. Explain our product/service clearly in Hindi (or local dialect). Convince customers to try or purchase our service. Maintain daily call records and update follow-up details. Meet calling and conversion targets set by the manager. Resolve customer queries politely and professionally. Candidate Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Excellent communication skills in Hindi (local dialect is a plus). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Good listener with a persuasive personality. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
