Job Description

Score is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Marketing Executive (Male / Female) to support our ERP Sales team. The role involves calling prospective clients, generating qualified leads, and fixing appointments for the sales team to conduct client visits and product presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote ERP solutions
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Understand client requirements and provide basic information about ERP products
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
Follow up with prospects to ensure appointment confirmations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or lead generation (ERP / IT Sales preferred)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Ability to understand business needs and explain solutions clearly
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
Graduation in any stream
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in ERP, Software, or B2B Sales Tele Marketing
Professional phone etiquette and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Gujarati will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
