Role Overview

As a Telemarketing Executive – Onboarding Team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and channel partners. Your role is to connect, educate, qualify, and onboard customers for Anuj IMF’s financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Lead Conversion

• Call prospective clients and explain Anuj IMF’s financial products & services
• Convert leads into successful onboarding
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions

Onboarding & Documentation

• Assist clients in completing onboarding formalities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account activation
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation

Follow-ups & Relationship Building

• Regular follow-ups with interested prospects
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Target Achievement

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets
• Maintain performance metrics and call quality standards

CRM & Reporting

• Update lead status and customer details in CRM
• Maintain call logs and daily performance reports

Required Skills & Qualities

✅ Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
✅ Confident, persuasive & result-oriented personality✅ Ability to handle objections smartly✅ Basic knowledge of financial products (training will be provided)✅ Comfortable with calling targets✅ Strong follow-up and closing skills✅ Positive attitude & growth mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
