Job Summary:

We are seeking a persuasive and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into sales or appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling or follow-up calls.
• Explain the features and benefits of the company's offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and responses in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or previous interactions.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Handle customer objections or queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong persuasion skills and a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in B2B/B2C calling or lead generation.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer handling practices.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection.
