Requirements: Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer service role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, Hindi. Basic computer literacy. Strong persuasion skills and a goal-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in B2B/B2C calling or lead generation.
