Tele Marketing Executive

Required skills and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service. Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively. Familiarity with the local language and industry regulations as well as Indian markets, culture and customs. Understanding of the Indian economy, market trends and competitors’ landscape. Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs. Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales-driven role. Organisational skills to manage customer information and follow-up activities. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call centre software. Professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude in all customer interactions. Preferred skills and qualifications A bachelor’s degree in any field. Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles. Additional language proficiency in Hindi and at least one other regional language. Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics. Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
