Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents based on leads provided.
  • Explain product features, course benefits, and program structure clearly and effectively.
  • Handle inbound/outbound inquiries related to admissions, course details, and pricing.
  • Counsel students/parents on suitable learning programs based on their needs.
  • Follow up diligently with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Maintain records of conversations and update CRM regularly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with academic counselors, sales team, or operations for smooth onboarding.
  • Share feedback from students/parents with the product and marketing teams.
  • Open for outdoor events.

Preferred candidate profile

  • inimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (preferably in EdTech or service industry)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
  • Confident, energetic, and persuasive phone presence
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
