Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions across India. Present and pitch our industry-aligned programs to deans, HODs, and university decision-makers. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads. Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate program value and impact. Negotiate and close MOUs, program contracts, and revenue-sharing agreements with institutions. Work closely with internal teams (Academic, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful onboarding and program implementation. Track, report, and optimize outreach and closure strategies based on KPIs and feedback. Stay updated with education trends, regulatory frameworks (e.g., UGC/AICTE/NCVET guidelines), and competitors. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field. 5+ years of experience in EdTech, higher education sales, institutional partnerships, or enterprise B2B sales. Proven track record of university or institutional tie-ups and sales closures. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel pan-India as per business needs.
