Key Responsibilities:
Make 200+ outbound calls daily to potential students/customers.
Pitch Destiny Sciences Numerology and personal growth courses, explaining benefits and career/life impact.
Handle queries and guide prospects toward enrollment decisions.
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM systems.
Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to team growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of tele sales experience (preferably in EdTech).
Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
Average communication skills acceptable if confident and target-driven.
Ability to work in a high-volume, target-oriented environment.
Work Timings:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Interview Timings:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
