*Tele -Counselor*

*Key Responsibilities*:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain courses, programs, and admission details.

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.

Counsel students/parents about suitable courses as per their educational background, career goals, and interests.

Maintain lead database, track follow-ups, and update CRM systems regularly.

Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.

Provide accurate information regarding fees, curriculum, career opportunities, and institute policies.

Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for a smooth enrollment process.

Maintain professional relationships with students and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

Prior experience as a Tele-Counselor, Academic Counselor, or Telecaller in the education sector is desirable.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Pleasant personality and student-focused approach.

Location - Thane

Week Off- Thursday

There is 1 Year Service Agreement because we want to Candidate who can work for Long time . Because we are in IT .
