Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle outbound calls with students aspiring to become Air Hostess or Cabin Crew.
Counsel and convince students to attend the free-of-cost seminar.
Provide detailed information about the seminar, benefits, and career opportunities.
Maintain follow-up communication with interested students to ensure their visit/attendance.
Update and maintain student records in the database for tracking and reporting.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have prior experience in outbound telecalling.
Strong convincing and persuasion skills.
Experience in sales or lead generation processes.
Excellent communication skills in both
Hindi and English
.
Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with students.
Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
