· Handle Customer's Inbound and Outbound Calls.
· Solving Queries, Telling Them About Study Visa/PR.
· Calling Prospective Clients and Setting Appointments.
· Maintaining Healthy and Cordial Relations with Clients.
· As a Tele-Counsellor, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.
· Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound/outbound telephone calls.
· Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls.
· You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
· Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
· You should also note down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
· Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Any Bachelor Degree holder can apply
· No experience required/ Fresher can apply
