Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to help us reach out to potential clients and contribute to our business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
Maintain and update client databases with detailed information.
Work closely with business development teams to identify and follow up on leads.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback on client interactions to help improve the sales process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Tele Calling or a similar role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of business development concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
