Tele Calling Executive

Position : Telecalling Executive ( females Only)

Job description :

• Bachelor, diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar.
• Superb verbal communication..
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Will be responsible to handle outbound calls from the prospective customers and convert them into a confirmed client.

- Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive to get the orders from Client and retain the customers.

- Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience.

- Should have Excellent Hindi and English communication skill and Convincing power

- Should be open minded and ready to learn.

- Follow-up with customers & internal team.

- Demonstrate value, negotiate and close new customers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Preferably Experienced in any sector

- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills

- Good interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Master Degree

Location : Ahmedabad

Job Type : Full Time

Schedule : Day Shift

Language : English , Hindi, Gujarat

Job Time: 10:00 am to 06:30 pm

Salary : Rs.10000/- to Rs.15000/- pm
