Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to join our grocery wholesale team. You will talk to customers over the phone, explain our products, take orders, and help them with any questions.
Responsibilities:
1. Call existing and new customers to promote grocery products.
2. Share product details, offers, and pricing.
3. Take and confirm customer orders.
4. Maintain customer contact records.
5. Follow up on pending orders and payments.
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills in local language.
2. Basic computer knowledge.
3. Positive attitude and polite behavior.
4. Experience in telecalling or sales preferred.
