Outbound Calling:

• Lead Generation: You actively reach out to potential customers to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for sales teams.
• Sales Promotion: You deliver sales pitches, explain product features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for services.
• Building Relationships: You aim to establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and foster positive interactions.

Inbound Calling:

• Customer Service: You handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
• Information Provision: You offer accurate and detailed information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Issue Resolution: You identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.

Other Important Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Telecallers update customer information, call details, and interaction records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaboration: You work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Documentation: You prepare reports and documentation based on their conversations and observations, providing feedback to their team lead.
• Product Knowledge: You need to stay updated on the company's products, services, and relevant industry trends.
• Communication Skills: You require strong verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to adapt their communication style.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
