Warehouse Supervisor

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Support:Directing and supervising warehouse staff, assisting the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, and ensuring all warehouse procedures are followed.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring proper stock levels.
• Receiving and Shipping:Overseeing the receiving and storage of incoming items, coordinating routine warehouse activities (picking, packing, dispatch), and ensuring goods are stored properly and safely.
• Safety and Compliance:Adhering to and promoting compliance with company health and safety regulations.
• Process Improvement:Identifying operational issues and suggesting potential improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Team Leadership and Motivation:Helping to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing performance feedback, and encouraging teamwork.
• Communication and Collaboration:Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business operations and communicating production information and associate issues.
• Problem-Solving:Responding to production problems and implementing solutions as necessary.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the company time to time.
• Maximum Experience not more than 10 years
• Hindi Speaking Mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
