Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Support:Directing and supervising warehouse staff, assisting the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, and ensuring all warehouse procedures are followed.
Inventory Management:Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring proper stock levels.
Receiving and Shipping:Overseeing the receiving and storage of incoming items, coordinating routine warehouse activities (picking, packing, dispatch), and ensuring goods are stored properly and safely.
Safety and Compliance:Adhering to and promoting compliance with company health and safety regulations.
Process Improvement:Identifying operational issues and suggesting potential improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Team Leadership and Motivation:Helping to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing performance feedback, and encouraging teamwork.
Communication and Collaboration:Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business operations and communicating production information and associate issues.
Problem-Solving:Responding to production problems and implementing solutions as necessary.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the company time to time.
Maximum Experience not more than 10 years
