Job Title: Telecaller – Fundraising

Location: Noida Office

Organization: Udd Chale Trust

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

promoting education, empowering girls through sports, and caring for elders. We raise funds to drive

impactful change in the lives of those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls.
• Present the mission and impact of Udd Chale Trust confidently and convincingly.
• Inspire people to support our programs through one-time or monthly donations.
• Maintain donor records, call logs, and daily fundraising reports.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely closures.
• Meet daily and monthly fundraising targets.
• Send thank-you messages, donor updates, and birthday/festival greetings as part of donor

engagement.

• Participate in fundraising campaigns and support on-ground/outreach activities when

needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi is mandatory; basic English is preferred)
• Passion for social causes and the ability to emotionally connect with potential donors
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Emails)
• Experience in fundraising or telecalling preferred (freshers can also apply)

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferredWhat We Offer:
