Job Description

Gurcharanam Academy is looking for a Telecalling Executive who can communicate effectively with students and parents to provide information about our JEE and NEET coaching programs . The candidate should be confident, polite, and persuasive, with a passion for guiding students toward the right career path. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries for JEE and NEET courses. Provide complete information about course details, faculty, facilities, and the admission process. Follow up with interested students/parents regularly. Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions. Resolve basic queries and guide students to attend demo classes. Coordinate with the admission counsellor for walk-ins and enrollments. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic knowledge of JEE/NEET exams and coaching structure. Confident, convincing, and student-friendly approach. Ability to handle objections and build a rapport with students/parents. To Apply: Send your CV to 8824316261.
