Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls effectively. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries. Explain products or services in a clear and persuasive manner. Maintain a database of customer information and update call records. Follow up with leads to increase conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Requirements: Minimum [12th pass / Graduate in any discipline]. Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is a plus. Excellent verbal communication in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
