Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and persuasively.Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.Update and maintain accurate records in CRM/software.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in all interactions.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.Ability to engage customers with clarity and confidence.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
