Job Description

  • Outbound calling: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate interest in IT products or services.
  • Product and service knowledge: Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Lead management: Follow up on leads, nurture them, and convert them into sales opportunities or appointments for the sales team.
  • Customer support: Handle incoming calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to IT products or services.
  • Database management: Accurately record all customer interactions, update information in the CRM system, and maintain customer databases.
  • Target achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call-handling targets.
  • Sales aptitude: Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Experience: Previous telemarketing, telecalling, or sales experience is often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
