Job Title: Telecaller

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound queries, and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly.
• Explain products/services and their benefits clearly to customers.
• Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion into sales.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
• Work closely with the sales/marketing team to generate leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller/Customer Support/Telemarketing executive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Good command of [English/Hindi/Regional Language, based on your requirement].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Minimum [6 months/1 year] prior telecalling experience.

Education:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
