About the Role

AutoBhan Mahindra is looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to support our Passenger Vehicle Sales and Service departments. The role involves handling outbound calls, customer engagement, appointment fixing, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and dealership teams.

Role 1: Tele-Sales Telecaller (4 Openings)

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Provide product information related to Mahindra passenger vehicles

Generate leads and fix appointments for test drives or showroom visits

Maintain call logs and daily reporting

Support sales team with follow-ups

Role 2: Service Follow-Up Tele caller (4 Openings)

Responsibilities

Make follow-up calls to existing service customers

Confirm service reminders, feedback, and post-service satisfaction

Coordinate with the service team to update customer requirements

Maintain service records and documentation

Ensure smooth customer experience through timely communication

Eligibility Criteria

Male candidates only

Freshers can apply

Candidates with 03 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, service calling, or telecom outbound calling preferred

Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English

Prior experience in dealership or customer support calling is an advantage

Salary

Freshers: 15,000

Experienced (23 years): Hike based on current CTC and interview performance
