We have helped facilitate admissions for over 10,000 students to universities in Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland. Our expert foreign education counselors guide students through the process of selecting the right course and university, as well as navigating the visa application process. Job Summary: As a Telecaller in the Overseas Education sector, you will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective students, providing them with information about study abroad opportunities, and guiding them through the initial stages of the admissions process. You will play a key role in building trust, qualifying leads, and scheduling counseling sessions or appointments with education consultants. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students/parents from the database or leads provided. Explain study abroad programs, destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia), universities, courses, and admission requirements. Respond to inquiries about eligibility, application processes, language tests (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), and visa requirements. Schedule appointments for education counselors and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system. Follow up regularly with potential students to nurture interest and move them forward in the admission process. Assist in lead generation activities like webinars, seminars, and online campaigns. Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads generated, and appointments booked. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent verbal communication in English and [local language, if applicable]. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Basic understanding of international education processes and student concerns. Comfortable working with CRM tools and data entry. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or the education industry is an advantage. Knowledge of study abroad destinations and testing systems like IELTS/TOEFL/PTE. Work Environment: Office-based May include flexible hours to align with different time zones if calling international leads.
