Job Description

Your role at FINSUP Financial Consultancy Pvt Ltd, a leading agency in Kerala representing 60 banks, 30 insurance companies, and mutual funds, will involve working as a Telecaller on-site at our Kozhikode location. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls, and promoting our financial consultancy services. Additionally, you will be required to maintain call records, follow up on leads, and contribute to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers - Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries - Promote financial consultancy services offered by the company - Maintain accurate call records - Follow up on leads to convert them into customers Qualifications: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and negotiation abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in local languages would be an advantage - Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred - Basic understanding of finance and banking - High school diploma or equivalent,
