Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting various financial products, responding to customer inquiries, and providing information on loan options, mortgages, and credit cards. The role includes maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing clear information
• Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans, mortgages, and credit cards
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets
• Fluency in English and local languages
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus
