We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for connecting with potential clients to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads for sales.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about real estate projects.
Maintain an accurate database of customer details and interactions.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.
Follow up with clients through calls, messages, and emails to ensure engagement and conversion.
Maintain daily call reports and meet assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
Build strong relationships with clients through professional and consistent communication.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a telecaller, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and [insert local language, e.g., Hindi, English.].
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or lead management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
