Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our dynamic real estate team. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided database.
• Present and promote real estate properties, projects, and services.
• Answer questions about properties and the buying/selling process.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of interactions.
• Schedule site visits and meetings with our sales executives.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tele-caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
