What we are looking for!

We are looking for a Telecaller to lead and coordinate health-related interventions under the Vriddha Mitra Plus program. They manage inbound/outbound calls for elderly clients, ensuring timely service booking, structured feedback, and app support in line with VM+ standards.

Job duties and responsibilities

Client Handling:
- Greet and assist callers using approved scripts.- Confirm service needs, book appointments, and provide app guidance.- Collect structured feedback post-service.

Call Management:
- Target: 30–40 calls/day.- Maintain call logs with complete details.- Submit daily report by 6:30 PM.

App & Service Support:
- Help clients with app installation and usage.- Raise IT tickets for unresolved app issues.

Conduct & Confidentiality:
- Follow elderly-friendly communication.- Sign and adhere to confidentiality agreements.- Maintain a respectful and professional tone.

Weekly quality checks and feedback sessions.
- Step 1: Supervisor- Step 2: Field/App Team- Step 3: Service Manager (within 4 hrs for critical cases)

Required qualifications, experience and skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and community health workers.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
