About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Agents to promote and sell our Web Development & IT Services in the international market. The right candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound international calls to identify business opportunities and pitch IT services (Websites, Software, Digital Solutions, etc.).
Generate high-quality leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into customers.
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for recurring business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in International Sales / BPO / IT Sales will be an added advantage.
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
