Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable package options.
Share itineraries and follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings.
Coordinate with internal operations team for customized quotations and booking updates.
Maintain detailed records of daily calls, inquiries, and conversions in CRM tools.
Provide exceptional service and represent the company in a professional manner during calls.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in telecalling or outbound sales, preferably in the travel/tourism industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of travel itineraries, destinations, and packages is an added advantage.
Must be goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with sales targets.
Proficient in using phones, email, and basic computer tools like Excel/Google Sheets.
