Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Convert incoming leads into successful travel sales by understanding client requirements and offering suitable packages
Identify and develop new avenues of business, including B2C and B2B opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Establish and manage tie-ups with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, and other travel service providers
Negotiate rates and agreements with partners to ensure competitive pricing
Coordinate with internal operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage
13 years of experience in travel sales, B2B/B2C travel operations, or a similar client-facing role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and suppliers
Prior experience in managing corporate clients or establishing B2B tie-ups preferred
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
