Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Caller, based in Noida. The Tele-Caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote services, answering inquiries from clients, managing customer relationships, and processing feedback. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining organized call records, and following up on leads to achieve targets while maintaining professionalism and upholding client standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage clients effectively
• Proficiency in telecommunication and customer interaction
• Organizational and time-management skills to maintain records and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and client relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is an advantage
• Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred
