Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller, located in Thrissur. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to provide information about the institute's services, answering incoming calls from clients with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring high levels of customer service. This role involves tracking call information and maintaining customer databases, as well as providing support to the administrative team when needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing detailed information
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing customer databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
