Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates for job openings.
• Explain job details and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate data in the system.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team for daily updates.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
• Confidence and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle calls efficiently.
