Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Tele-Caller to contact potential clients, present FM Media’s services, and convert leads into interested prospects. This is a performance-based role, and payment will be provided per successful conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the given database.
• Introduce FM Media’s services (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web Development, Branding, Multimedia).
• Understand client requirements and explain suitable service offerings.
• Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or meetings with the business development team.
• Maintain a log of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
• Provide daily updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, or Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and meet conversion goals.
• Prior tele-calling / telesales experience is a plus.
• Good phone etiquette and confidence in speaking.
